Do you supply your own supplies and materials? Yes, we bring all our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and material
What products do you use? We only use products that have a great rating for health and environmental safety. Citra-Solv is the main all-purpose cleaner we use; we have found it to be a versatile cleaner that can handle almost any household task. It is ideally suited for stainless steel, wood, porcelain, aluminum, and other surfaces. For windows, we use Simple Green Window Cleaner and for toilets, Mrs. Meyers.
Can you do custom cleaning? We specialize in custom cleaning, just let us know what you would like us to do, and how you would like us to do it
What services do you provide? From commercial to residential, we can do it all. Deep cleaning, windows, kitchens and baths, apartments, houses—you name it, we can clean it. We can do one-time, weekly, monthly, or whatever fits your schedule best.
How do you get in if I’m not home? You can either give us a security code, or a house key that we keep in a secure location when not in use
Do I have to be home? It is not necessary for you to be home; in fact, the majority of our clients have us come in and do the cleaning while they are at work. However, if you are home during the cleaning, that is fine too.
How long will the cleaning take? It depends on the size of the home and the depth of cleaning you would like, but most bi-weekly cleanings take between 3 and 4 hours.
What happens during the initial estimate? One of our team members will schedule a time to meet with you and do a walk-through of your home. She will ask you about what and where you would like cleaned and if you have any specific instructions for custom cleaning. After the walk-through, you can discuss the best option for her to come back, whether it be one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How should I pay? Most of our customers find it easiest to keep payment info on file so they never have to worry about writing a check. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we can also electronically deduct the payment using your checking account. Payments are usually processed at the end of the cleaning.
